It's always a party at CLaw party!

No problem! We are super flexible. We know getting an exact RSVP count can be tough, and we don't want you stressing about it.

When you book your party, you'll provide your best estimate of your total guests and your paid guests. Paid guests are the people whose game cards you're paying for—$35 per person for the Elite Package or $50 per person for the Super Elite Package.

Everyone else is welcome to come hang out and celebrate! Invite the grandparents, parents, siblings, family friends, and anyone else you'd like. If one of your guests decides they want to play, they can simply purchase their own game card at one of our kiosks.

What if more people show up than I expected?
No problem! You pay based on the number of paid guests who actually attend, and we're happy to load additional game cards for you.

What if fewer people show up?
That's no problem either. You only pay for the paid guests who actually show up.

And don't worry if you don't have a solid estimate when you book. You pay on the day of your party, and we'll reach out the week before to check in. By then, most hosts have a much better idea of how many people are likely to attend.

Your estimate simply helps us plan ahead, make sure we have enough tables and chairs, and have the right amount of staff available to make your party amazing.

Absolutely! We want you to be able to make your party feel like your own.

Food & Drinks
Our Elite and Super Elite packages include two XL pizzas, but you're welcome to bring additional food to go with them. Veggie trays, chips, snacks, or even a completely different meal are all welcome if pizza isn't your thing!

Worried two pizzas won't be enough? You can also add additional pizzas to your order. We'll simply charge you the regular cost of the additional pizza.

You're also welcome to bring any non-alcoholic drinks you'd like, and you can bring a cooler with you.

Cake & Cupcakes
None of our party packages include a cake, so you're welcome to bring your own cake, cupcakes, or other dessert. We have a small amount of space in our drink refrigerator that can be used to keep your cake cool.

We provide the plates, cups, napkins, and silverware, so you don't have to worry about bringing those!

Decorations
We've got the party space looking festive before you arrive! Our parties include balloon columns, fresh tablecloths, a Happy Birthday sign, and a fun inflatable Happy Birthday arch.

Our balloon colors change throughout the year and will always coordinate with our signature Claw Party blue. Our tablecloths, plates, napkins, and other party supplies are also blue.

But here's where being family-owned makes a difference: we love when families add their own personal touches! You're welcome to bring additional decorations to match your child's theme and make the party feel uniquely theirs.

We've hosted parties for 1-year-olds all the way to 80-year-olds, and everyone seems to find something they enjoy at Claw Party.

Our arcade has a mix of games and activities for different ages, so little ones, kids, teens, parents, and grandparents can all have fun together.

Whether you're celebrating a first birthday, a teenager's big day, a graduation, or an adult milestone, Claw Party is a place where everyone can play, celebrate, and make some memories together!

Our free-play options include the kiddie ride carousel, which is a huge hit with our littlest Claw Friends, as well as Halo and Monster Kartz.

So whether your kiddo loves claw machines, video games, winning prizes, or just wants to try a little bit of everything, there's plenty to keep everyone entertained!

Let's be honest: personality plays a big role in how quickly kids go through their credits! We've met kids who could be given 200 credits and make them last for hours, and we've also met kids with the truly impressive ability to somehow use them all in 15 minutes. We're still not sure how they do it. 😂

That's why we recommend going into your party with a reload plan. And the good news is, our team is happy to help you manage it however works best for your family and your budget.

Some families take the "birthday royalty" approach—they're here to spoil their kiddo and don't want running out of credits to slow things down. They're happy to have us keep reloading and settle up at the end.

Consider the Super Elite Package

If you're deciding between the Elite and Super Elite packages, there's one difference we think is worth pointing out! For just $15 more per guest, the Super Elite package comes with almost twice the credits per guest. Choosing the Super Elite package from the start can be an easy way to give them more playing time and reduce the chances of needing reloads during the party. That said, both packages are designed to be a great party experience! We have plenty of ways to keep the fun going with either package, and we'll happily help you figure out what works best for your group and your budget. We're just pointing out the Super Elite advantage so you can choose the package that makes the most sense for your party!

👯 Buddy System
Have two kids share one card. They naturally slow down, cheer each other on, and strategize their next plays. When they finish their first card, you can wait a little before giving them their second card to help pace the party.

🏆 Party Challenges
Some parents come prepared with a list of games and challenges where the winners earn bonus credits. It turns spending credits into its own competition!

🎮 Switch It Up
When kids start running low, we can redirect them to our free-play video games or our challenge battle crane, where players can compete against each other for the highest score.

🎈 Get Creative
For younger kiddos, our staff can even bust out some balloons for a Keep It Up challenge where they can earn additional credits.

👨‍👩‍👧 Let Parents Handle Reloads
Some hosts choose to hold onto the game cards themselves and swipe for the kiddos who they know will fly through their credits. Others invite parents to hang out, so kids can simply ask their own parents if they'd like more credits.

What does the typical party flow look like?

The average kid goes through their included credits in about an hour. That's why we typically time the pizza to arrive about an hour into the party.

This creates a natural transition: just as many of the kids are starting to run low on credits, it's time for pizza, cake, presents, and a little break from the games. Then they can head back out and keep playing afterward!

The most important thing is that there's no "right" way to handle reloads. Whether you want to keep the credits flowing all party long or you'd rather stick to a set budget, just tell our team what works for you. We'll help make it happen.

This is one of the most common questions we get from parents—especially when they're planning a party for younger kids. And while we can't promise that every player will win every time, we can promise that our team will do everything we can to make sure everyone has a great experience.

One thing we like to explain is that claw machines are a learned skill! The more you play, the better you get. Some of our younger or newer Claw Friends may not win as often at first, and some people just seem to have a natural talent for the claw. (And yes, if you drop the claw two inches away from the plush you're trying to grab, it's probably not coming home with you! 😉)

For $50, you can reserve our party table area for your gathering. Your guests can then purchase their own game cards at the kiosks and pay for their own play.

This can be especially useful for open-house-style gatherings where people may come and go throughout the event, or when you don't want to pay for everyone in your group.
