We can host 100 students and 10 chaperones. Have a larger group? We are happy to schedule you for multiple days!

Lunch is not included in the $25 dollar package. You can bring packed lunches. Or for an additional $2.50 per student, we can provide a pizza lunch with chips and bottled water provided by Lucky's Pizza.

We would love to host your rewards field trip! We will work with your school to give you a quote. The amount of time you want, the amount of credits per student, and the budget you need to stay within will all be a factor. We want to make sure students have enough credits to enjoy the whole time you plan to visit!

We book our field trips during the school day and outside of our normal business hours. And we only have the capacity for one school at a time. So your school will have the entire arcade to yourself!

Once your field trip date is confirmed, we’ll stay in close communication to make planning easy and stress-free. You can expect:

• A chaperone packet with clear station directions so chaperones can review expectations ahead of time

• A short student video to share one–two days before your visit, covering arcade behavior expectations and tips for budgeting credits

• Two optional classroom extension activities that can be used before or after your field trip

You can also expect prompt, timely responses from our team. We’re happy to help with any coordination needs, including scheduling updates, invoicing, or last-minute questions — we’re here to support you every step of the way.

Our workshop is best suited for 3rd–12th grade students.

We’re a family-owned business that’s passionate about teaching real-world entrepreneurship skills — especially because these topics often aren’t covered in the classroom. Our program was built from hands-on, real-life experience in the arcade business, and the concepts are intentionally simple and flexible.

That flexibility allows the same material to work across a wide age range. Younger students learn the basics, while older students go deeper through more advanced discussion questions and problem-solving.

We’ve found the experience isn’t a great fit for students younger than 3rd grade, as many haven’t yet developed the math skills, emotional readiness for winning and losing, or physical reach needed to fully participate.
